School of Communication information sessions

The School of Communication offers information sessions each Monday and Friday at 3:30 p.m. On most Mondays these sessions are held in the Louis Hall, Room 119. On most Fridays they are held in the seminar room in Annie May Swift Hall. Please note: These sessions occasionally will be held in other locations on campus. Be sure to check the desired date for specific location information.

Reservations are required - please register below.

Our calendar system displays the days preceding and/or following the first and last day of the month for which you are attempting to schedule your visit. The first few days displayed will likely belong to the previous month unless the 1st starts on a Sunday; as such, please scroll down to see the month in its entirety before registering for your intended visit date.

To register:

  1. Click on the checkbox next to the event you would like to attend.
  2. Click on the "Other Event Actions" dropdown menu at the upper right of the calendar.
  3. Select the "Sign Up For Event" option on the menu.
  4. Fill out and submit the request form.
