Distribution requirements

Students in the learning and organizational change, human development and psychological services, and social policy programs must complete at least two courses in each of the following areas:

  • Natural sciences
  • Formal studies (math, logic, etc.)
  • Historical studies
  • Values (philosophy, religion, etc.)
  • Literature and fine arts

All students must complete two professional components, one in human development and a second in quantitative and conceptual analysis; each component consists of two courses.

Students develop an academic concentration of 16 courses. Electives make up the remainder of courses, bringing the total number required for graduation to 45.
