Application Cycle Timeline

sep - nov

Register for available 2007 Standardized Test Dates:
ACT 9/15, 10/27, 12/8; SAT 10/6, 11/3, 12/1.
Plan college visits and campus tours.

nov - dec

Early Decision (ED) Application Due 11/1.
Submit recommendation forms and transcript requests to High School Counselors and Teachers.
Finalize personal essays and short statements, submit for editing.
CSS Financial Aid Profile (ED) Due 12/1.

jan - mar

Regular Decision (RD) Application Due 1/1.
Gather information to complete Financial Aid requirements:
FAFSA for (ED) and (RD) due 2/1.
CSS Financial Aid Profile (RD) due 2/1.

Tax forms and W-2s submitted by 3/1.

apr - may

Admitted students attend PreviewNU programs (see calendar).
Review Financial Aid (FA) award packages with parents and FA counselors.
Send reply card and submit tuition deposit by 5/1.
